Bursting out the back kitchen door and into the cold alley you stand in about 3 inches of water and muck. Garbage floating slowly through the stagnant, grease filled water where you took notice of the drains nearby that caused small whirlpools to slurp the sludge away. You can hear the shouts from within. The crash of furniture and the angry mob of many org thugs wanting to badly beat the life from your allies.
That is when in the alley you noticed a ro' seedi slip by into the back of a large canopy covered hovertruck. The ro' seedi that has the bounty on his head is named Jungis Barro. Could it be that this is him? You notice him dissapear behind the flap of the back of the truck and inside it's bed. You also notice the movement in the side view mirror of someone smoking a cigarette in the driver's seat of the truck. The area is dark and dimly lit down in the undercity, yet you are confident in your eldrynn senses that both of these men are ro' seedi. Could it be that Jungis Barro has suddenly fallen into your hands?

[OOC:I'm going to "rewind" a little, if that's okay with you, Rogue; I'm just used to posting this way, so please bear with me here.]
Alli sighs as she makes her way out of the chaotic mess that her associates had gotten themselves into. While she respected a monk of the Light and the merc who had chosen to walk the same path, she had had enough. Time and time again, she had been helping Sim, Agdomok, and whoever else was on their side live to fight another day. Ever since Alli had realized that Sim was not always himself, she had known that one day, the monk's nature would get himself killed, whether it was through his own fault or not, and she and her allies wouldn't be able to help--or if they did help, they might share the same fate. However, that was in the Necropolis, and they all needed to band together to survive. Here, in Haven, she was simply doing a favor to help an ally; it was hard to trust people in this day and age, and she was glad to have earned the trust of the monk, especially with a mission from the Church. Walking in the Light was not always easy, but Alli was confident it would pay off in the long run, and the gods provided some hope and Light in this darkness. Besides, one could not serve the church and get back the artifact if they were dead.
Sim was certainly a talented fighter, whether he was himself or the personality known simply as "Johnny." However, the mage felt that this might be his last battle...nobody lived to tell the tale after antagonizing what appeared to be a hundred--possibly more--orgs in a bar like that. She whispers a brief prayer to Sol, asking that Sim's soul finally find its way home to the Light if he should die.
Alli then remembers the task that she and the others were sent to perform. Clearly the pandemonium inside would have caused Barro to make an easy exit. She does her best to remember what the thief looked like on the scroll that the group had been given, the adrenaline from the past battle clouding her short-term memory. She remembered the thief's name and his race, that was for certain, but what did Barro look like? She didn't want to just flag down any Ro'Seedi and accuse him of theft--that sort of racism had gotten the others into the mess they were in in the first place.
Glancing at the two figures--the one in the truck and the one who had just hid in the back of it--she reasoned that the one hiding might possibly be the culprit. After all, why would someone who was wanted (for stealing an artifact capable of communicating with its bearer via telepathy, no less) act so casually? Alli would think they would be paranoid, afraid of getting caught or going insane, whichever came first.
The mage then decides to watch the truck, following it if she needs to, paying attention to where it goes (if anywhere) and if-or when-the possible thief escapes.

"I told you Jungis. I told you to never fuck with that thing! Look where it got you. As soon as we got it I had this bad feeling right when I saw it. Right? You remember? I didn't even have to touch it," the female voice coming from behind the canopy is full of fear and excitement. Her words in the earthen tongue flow like a human to your eldrynn ears. You begin to hear more talking but in seda levius, the language of the ro' seedi. A series of pops, sighs, and reverberating clicks.
"I'm fine now... without it." A huskier voice is now heard, with a certain ro' seedi accent.
"You trying to convince me of that, or yourself?" You can tell she is growing aggrivated and some things are beign shuffled through or tossed around in the back of the hover van, a dark gray Holrung Gorgan. "That monk and those bounty hunters will not end until you give it back, and I think you should. It has caused more problems than it is worth."
"They are in there fighting the whole entire place. Just let them get killed and we will be on our way." This new voice came from the front of the vehicle, the other ro' seedi.
"Then what? I run into more bounty hunters in two days. I will not put my son through this any longer." Jungis sounded deeply troubled by the sinking reality of it all.
"You should help them out then. Go save the bounty hunters and in return maybe they will let you go?" (make a concealment check if you are trying to remain hidden; and a perception check if you can please)

(OOC mind if i get in on this? It's cool if not, I can introduce him next week in game)
Juma stuck to the shadows and observed. The light danced wildly to his eyes, moving silhouettes of demons and other unholy things which he used for cover.
Johnny was close, but he couldn't risk discovery. "Kill them. . . Hurt them!" He ignored the voices for now, his slitted cat-eyes still focused on the Edlrynn and Ro'Seedi strangers. He hadn't decided if they were real or not yet.

(first off, concealment rolls (directly from RPGLife chat):) (01:00:34) Bar Tender: Stygianangel rolls 1d6 and gets 5. (01:00:39) Bar Tender: Stygianangel rolls 1d6 and gets 3.
(and now, perception:) (01:02:21) Bar Tender: Stygianangel rolls 1d10 and gets 2.
Alli does her best to remain hidden, using her keen elven senses to listen in on the conversation.
(Sorry about the delay; I've been busy with school for the past week. Adam, I wouldn't mind if you introduced your new character at all; as always, it's up to Rogue to decide if I have any backup, though I'm sure he won't mind too much. Also, FYI, I'm not going to be available next week because of Spring Break; I'll be gone from this Friday (the 12th until the 21st. Just giving everyone a heads-up and an apology in advance.)

(Juma must make a concealent check and a Perception check as well please) (Perception checks from the driver, the human female, and the Jungis Barro) (Rogue rolls 1d8 and gets 6.) (Rogue rolls 1d10 and gets 3.) (Rogue rolls 2d6 and gets 4,1.)
"I will help them," Jungis says sounding distant. "It's talking to me again, someones... listening." Jungis comes from the covered canopy of the modified Holrung Gorgan. He is wearing an armored tech long coat and data-display shades. They are wired to a targeting system that runs from his shades and disapears under his coat. His smooth blue skin seems to catch the light of the wet alleyway, yet the gun in his hand looks dangerous enough. A tech blaster. An energy pistol that could blow a nice hole in a brick wall. He scans the alley as the other two appear from the vehicle.
The human female appears to be a mu dai by the thaumaturgical tattoos, and the katana she wears strapped to her back. Her red mohawk is a foot high and her lite armor has seen some damage. She looks around with wild blue eyes, searching for an enemy, yet sees nothing.
The other ro' seedi steps out in his armored vest with a small submachine gun, then flicks his cigarette. "Where?"
The mu dai rolls her eyes into the back of her head and unleashes her ability of astral perception. Her eyes begin to glow with a blue light as she scans the area in the sixth dimension. (05:51:45) Bar Tender: Rogue rolls 1d10 and gets 10. (05:52:04) Bar Tender: Rogue rolls 1d10 and gets 3. "There." She points straight toward Alli leaning tight to the shadows of the alleyway. "Who are you?"
"She is one of the bounty hunters, I saw her inside." Jungis hesitates. "If you walk the path of light, please listen to my words. I do not wish to fight you." Jungis lowers his weapon and puts it back into his holster. He still fingers it, gently awaiting some hint of an expression upon your pale skin.

Alli jumps at the voice. Crap...they've found me. At least he's willing to talk."I do not wish to fight, either...I am not a 'bounty hunter' as your colleagues have assumed. I am merely a fellow follower of the Light of Sol, searching for an item that is valuable to the Church which was taken from them." Alli then steps out, hands in the air to show that she means the group no harm, partially hoping that Barro isn't lying his way out of the situation. It seemed highly unlikely, since the artifact appeared to have such a powerful hold on him, but in situations like this, it never hurt to make sure. "I am willing to listen if you are willing to talk," she answers warily, hoping that the driver or the mu dai won't start opening fire. [Glad to hear things went well at the 'con...I'm just getting back from a few days off myself. ]
